Notes: Recording for the first time with producer Butch Walker, Green Day went into the studio to make an album that traces the history of rock and roll while leaving much of their trademark sound behind. While the result has divided some longtime fans, the album has received mostly positive reviews from the music media. The album title is typically shortened to 'Father Of All...' in the media. The cover artwork was made by Billie Joe Armstrong.

Recording Notes
The demo of lead single 'Father Of All...' was used on the album and not re-recorded in these sessions. The demo was most likely recorded at OTIS.
Principle recording for the album was done at RubyRed Productions but the vocals were recorded by Billie Joe himself at the bands home studio, OTIS.
'Oh Yeah!' was originally titled 'Bulletproof Backpack' but was changed very late in the process. The song was still being referred to by its original title in an interview with Kerrang! published around the release of the 'Father Of All...' single.
'Art Of The Deal With The Devil' was originally slated for this album but ended up being cut and later re-recorded by their side project The Network for the album Money Money 2020: Part II.
'Here Comes The Shock' was released in February of 2021 as a standalone digital single. The song was produced by Butch Walker so it seems very likely to be one of the leftover songs from these sessions.
'Holy Toledo!' was released as a digital single in 2021 after appearing in the film Mark, Mary & Some Other People.
'Fever' was released as a bonus track on the Japanese edition of Saviors.
During album promotion on KROQ's Kevin & Bean Show, Billie mentioned that 17 tracks were recorded in the FOAM sessions. Only 10 songs made the album so that left 7 songs on the cutting room floor. We can currently account for 6 of those 7 songs while one remains a mystery.
