After headlining two sold-out shows at the When When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas last week, along with a surprise club show in the city, Green Day appears to be itching to get back on the road. While they are expected to announce a 2024 tour on November 2nd for their upcoming album Saviors – in a new post to social media the band seems to be hinting that there may be more club shows to come.
First up though, fans in Paris can catch the band at the 1,500-capacity Bataclan on Saturday, November 4th. Tickets for that show will go on sale tomorrow (Oct 31) at 10 am CET. Make sure to act fast if you want to go, tickets will sell out almost immediately.
After announcing that show, the band concluded the post with “We’ll be seeing some more of you in other cities very soon”, which makes it sound like the Vegas and Paris club shows may be just the beginning of a short club tour. While we can’t be certain where Green Day will head next, fans in Toronto and Hamilton should keep an eye open for news as the band will be heading that way to play the Grey Cup Halftime show on November 23rd.
We’ll keep you posted as more dates are made available. In the meantime, as mentioned earlier, the band will be announcing their 2024 tour dates on November 2nd along with dropping a new single from Saviors called ‘Look Ma, No Brains!’, we’ll have all the news on that this Thursday.
