Green Day have added a new block of tour dates to their 2025 calendar. After having previously announced dates in Africa and Dubai in January, the band today announced four shows in Japan for February. The shows will take place in Osaka and Nagoya plus two nights in Yokohama.
Support acts have not yet been announced but you can find all the information about ticket sales on the Green Day Japan Tour website. The new shows will be the bands first appearance in Japan since 2012 when they appeared at Summer Sonic Osaka.
Corvette Summer video
Green Day also announced this week that they will be releasing a new music video for the song ‘Corvette Summer’ from Saviors this coming Tuesday (July 23) at 10am PT. The music video will feature appearances by Mark Hamill (aka Luke Skywalker in Star Wars), who starred in the movie that inspired the songs name, comedian Hannibal Buress and “a whole lot more”.
