It’s been a long wait since the lead single and title track of Father Of All Motherfuckers was dropped in September last year but the band announced today that the albums second single will be ‘Oh Yeah!’ and it will be released on January 16, 2020.
‘Oh Yeah!’ will be the third song fans will have heard from Father Of All… following the aforementioned title track and ‘Fire, Ready, Aim’ which was released as the NBC Wednesday Night Hockey theme song.
Green Day’s official Twitter account also confirmed that the Father Of All… back cover and tracklist that we showed you last month was legit and even gave us a little shout out!

Following the single announcement, Billie Joe Armstrong took to Instagram to announce the band were “planning some stuff, some surprises” to celebrate Father Of All‘s release on February 7th. One of his ideas is to have a backyard show “featuring your favorite band Green Day!”.
So if you have a large backyard, live in California and are down for some “hijinks, fun, mischief”, hit up the comment section on Billie’s post and just maybe you could soon be hosting a Green Day concert at your own house.
