Fresh off the release of the limited edition EP’s BBC Sessions Part 1 & Part 2 (sold exclusively through the bands Oakland Coffee company), Green Day have announced they will dig even further into the vault releasing a live album of BBC sessions recorded between 1994 and 2001 at Maida Vale Studios in London.
The album, titled BBC Sessions, will be available on double pink & blue vinyl exclusively through the bands online store and limited to just 10,000 copies. There will also be a CD release of the album with both being available for pre-order now before their official release date on December 10th.
BBC Sessions will contain the four songs previously released on the BBC Session EP’s (tracks 1-4 below) along with 12 other previously unreleased songs from the sessions.

If you don’t want a physical copy of the album you’ll still be able to listen to it on your favourite streaming service. Beginning today with ‘2000 Light Years Away’, the band will continue to drop one song each week until the full album is released on December 10th.
