While Green Day has released just two songs from their upcoming 13th studio album, that was enough for fans to vote them the winner of the Best Rock artist award at the MTV European Music Awards in Seville, Spain today. The band beat out The 1975, Panic! At The Disco, Liam Gallagher and Imagine Dragons for the award.
