(CincyMusic.com) - Ni-Fi Festivals, LLC has made the decision to cancel NiFi Music Fest, scheduled to be held August 28-30, 2015 at the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, Kentucky.

They stated that they simply cannot deliver the NiFi vision and fan experience, at their desired level of excellence, given the lack of ticket sales to date.
