Zac Leonard: "With the warning sirens blaring and red police lights flashing Green Day took the stage in St. Louis for the first time since 1998. Green Day opened with Nice Guys Finish Last and went directly into Castaway. Jason joined the band with an amazing performance of Church on Sunday, during the middle of the song Billie Joe, the undisputed king of modern punk, greeted the crowed and notified them that they were about to begin 'one long orgasm' for the rest of the night. After finishing the song Green Day went into Hitchin' A Ride which sent the moshpits into a frenzy. After the song Billie invited a fan to come up and play any Green Day song he knew. The lucky fan chose No Pride and midway through the song he became the lead singer of Green Day as Mike, Tre, and Billie Joined in. For the rest of the night Green Day lead the crowed thorough the history of their career. They played all the hits like Basket Case, Longview, Brain Stew, and many fan favorites like 2,000 Light Years Away, King For A Day (with a wild horn section) and Platypus (in which a fight broke out in the crowd). The night included Billie leading the crowed in chats, Billie squirting the crowd with water. A chant of, 'Bullshit,' led by Green Day as the security wouldn't let a man dive off the balcony, many backdrop changes, and the dropping of confetti during the second to last song When I Come Around (which ended with the destruction of instruments). The night ended with Tre scrapping up what was left of his drum set, Mike pulling out a new bass and Billie taking out the Acoustic Guitar for a live Performance of Macy's Day Parade. The show lasted for over an hour and a half, and they played way to many songs for me to remember them all."
